If they wanted, they would have competed. And how far would they have come in adults? It seems that they were not supposed to have stages last season, so it turned out very advantageous for them. And they received support from the federation at the national championship, and with 2 stages in the new season they will have, well, and medals from the UGP and the YWC again.
In hindsight, I think that it would have been better for NM to remain in juniors, although I was strongly against it initially, I wanted them to move forward, develop and hoped that they would be allowed to compete, but as a result they may be left with one stage, the federation did not even help them get a normal best, they were sent to Zagreb without a judge, where everything was divided in advance:sceptic:
Вольфкостину-Царевскому «попросили» выступить в юниорах, а в таком политическом виде спорта нельзя не подчиняться федерации. У них тоже была серьезная травма. Академия танцев на льду Мичигана уже находилась под пристальным вниманием USFS и Джастина Диллона. Если бы Катарина/Дмитрий не подчинились USFS, это могло бы коснуться и Грина/Парсонса, Конциуса/Щептова, Братти/Сомервилля.
Кстати, правила USFS были изменены в 23/24. Джеффри Чену изначально не разрешалось выступать в юниорах внутри страны, потому что он уже выступал во взрослых. Но они не хотели, чтобы ему было неловко во взрослых, поэтому правила были изменены. Для Катарины и Дмитрия таких исключений не было. Если бы Лия-Артем или Брауны хотели вернуться в юниоры, им также пришлось бы подготовить 2 набора программ. Только некоторые сыновья и братья особенные.
